Customer engaged 215Secure to design and implement Juniper IDP 800 and clustered SA 4500's in their new multi-million dollar data center. During the engagement 215Secure designed (on the fly) a migration path for all of Customer's security devices including firewalls, virtual private networks, and intrusion prevention systems. This included a variety of high availability devices clustered to ensure ongoing availability to 8000 employees nationwide.

215Secure created and delivered an Information Security Strategy document for Customer that provided the framework for information protection. The steps outlined in this document help to better protect Customer’s systems, networks and information assets from cyber attacks, as well as to aid the organization in complying with legal, statutory, contractual, and internally developed requirements. The Customer chose the ISO17799/27002 security standard as the guideline for this strategy.

215Secure was responsible for all computer forensic work for large anti-trust case including conducting interviews to obtain an overview regarding the court order and vendor (helps to establish keywords for searching) . Performing a forensic disk copy of customer provided workstations and servers and analyzing data. 215Secure then conducted searches for Customer or Customer’s law firm provided keyword terms (i.e. domain name of vendor). and delivered results from searches per specifications provided by Customer or Customer’s law firm.

215Secure inspected Customer’s computers and network to eradicate unknown computer and network activity identified by Customer on one of Customer hosted servers. Customer identified port scanning and brute force attacks, but Customer was not aware if the source is internal or external to the corporate network. After conducting passive computer and network traffic analysis so as to not interrupt production environment, 215Secure identified the source of unknown computer and network activity and provided recommendations accordingly including implementing

215Secure, LLC (“215Secure”) was retained by Customer to provide Incident Response services related to a potential security breach. Based upon discussion with the President of the organization, one of the Customer's Internet accessible systems was subject to unauthorized access, using Remote Desktop Protocol (RDP). It was later determined that the Customer's prior employee conducted the attack on the systems.
The primary objective of the 215Secure response was to identify the source IP of the unauthorized access by reviewing existing system logs and based on available information determine what if any actions were taken by the individual who logged on to the system.
The Customer then provided 215Secure's findings to the local authorities so a subpoena could be generated to the ISP to validate logical identity to physical address.

215Secure services over 15 commercial building security and fire systems for Customer. 215Secure was retained to implement all Philadelphia based fire alarm system inspections and service access control panels.

215Secure is responsible for all of Customer's commercial building fire alarm systems. These responsibilities include onsite support, monitoring, and inspection of systems.
