Company founder Dave Pearson has led the 215Secure team to success by encouraging genuine win/win relationships with employees and clients alike. With a degree in computer engineering from Villanova University and experience in both data security and building & property management, Dave has keen insight into the needs of the market and the vast array of available solutions. Today, he leads our business development initiatives, manages all operations and has created a culture built on honesty, ethics, transparency and talent.

Increased EBITDA by 10% over nine years while leading the development and distribution of products on five continents. Lesley Pearson has over 15 years of experience, managing teams for national companies in both the retail and staffing industries. Her experience has led her to develop a passion for customer satisfaction, relationships and follow through. Lesley interacts with 215Secure customers on a first-hand basis and oversee's office operations. She operates with a high sense of urgency, organization and customer response and ensures that all customer requests are handled in a timely manner. Lesley graduated with a BS in Marketing from Lasalle University.
Mike Tomasco possesses over 15 years of hands-on and managerial experience in the technology industry with 10 years focused on physical security systems. As 215Secure's Service Manager he oversees all service technicians, scheduling, and operations. Mike graduated from Bloomsburg University with a BS in Computer Information Systems. As a hands-on manager, he has developed extensive technical experience in both Physical Security Systems (specifically Electronic Access Control) and Information Technology. Early on in his career he served in a management role for a national retailor. Mike's strengths are his customer relationship skills; his ability to prioritize tasks and his technical knowledge.
